Knocko's Modern Life is a work in progress. This is an ever-evolving look into my brain, body, and spirit. I have experienced much in my short time here and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I created this blog to speak to a larger audience and hopefully connect with other like-minded souls. Maybe we can traverse some of these wilds together and learn their secrets...
What one will find in these posts are my thoughts, feelings, and ideas on food, philosophy, and spirituality. What it means to be a human animal in the dream we have created for ourselves... What true love is and how to find it. Or, at the least, how I found it and maybe that will help other travelers find their own way. I'm going to be completely honest about myself in these pages. The fellow travelers that come by my page are going to find thoughts, ideas, and concepts that the 'status quo' is going to initially reject. Things may sound crazy and impossible, but I assure you that everything that I write about is pretty much going to be an amazing and awesome ride through my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation and development.
One might ask why there isn't much flash and pizzazz here..? Because my content isn't supposed to visually wow you, my words are. I hope my words resonate with whomever is reading them. I hope their vibration to be set to wondering about themselves in the process of reading about my discovery of self.
This discovery led me to understand how my body reacts to food and which foods I should definitely stay away from.
It also led me to understand myself at my deepest roots and to fully blossom again into the man I was meant to be without all the anger, frustration, and suffering.
And, finally, in the process of learning how I worked - I think I may have discovered how our reality works - and I'm loving it.
The question that remains to me now...where should I start?!?
